Grants & Initiatives

NHPS actively participates in opportunities that improve services for children, youth and families in New Hampshire. In 2010, NHPS applied for and received funding from the Endowment for Health. This grant entitled; Navigating Systemic Change: Strategic Planning for Children’s Residential Services in New Hampshire was specifically for planning and related technical assistance for development and piloting of a strategic planning framework to support transformation of agencies that provide children’s residential services in New Hampshire. This work complements related initiatives that are ongoing in New Hampshire by focusing specifically on strategic and business processes that existing residential service agencies must undergo to meet the challenges of systemic changes in the delivery and financing of services for high risk children and families.
